Weathered Peaks

“Weathered Peaks” is a 16x20 spray-paint landscape created as part of my Art Is My Recovery journey, built with layered textures and blended colors that turn chaos into something calm. The rugged mountain edges, the snowy caps, and the deep blue water were all formed using my spray-paint techniques—scraping, blending, and layering until the scene started to feel like the emotional terrain I’ve had to climb through. The warm sky behind it all reminds me that even when life feels sharp and uneven, there’s always a light pushing through. This piece is about endurance, about finding beauty in the rough places, and about reminding yourself that you’ve already survived your hardest climbs.”
